Acqua: driver per il turismo sostenibile

The event "Water: a driver for sustainable tourism" will take place on Wednesday, October 16th, 2024, from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM at Y-40® The Deep Joy in Montegrotto Terme.

The event, organized by Venicepromex, is aimed at institutional operators (DMOs, OGDs, municipalities, universities, foundations, consortia...) and economic actors in the tourism sector (accommodation and event facilities, tour operators, tourist guides, companies offering rental services for sports equipment such as bikes/canoes, restaurants, travel agencies...) with the goal of exploring the crucial role of water as a driver for the development of sustainable tourism.

The topic is part of a broader dialogue with the Veneto Region, in line with the strategic guidelines and actions for sustainable tourism development promoted in the regional sector plans.

To actively contribute to a participatory process aimed at bringing out practical and operational indications useful for all stakeholders, both administrators and businesses, in order to promote the integration of sustainability into the regional tourism development strategies.
